i really should be packing/cleaning getting ready for sasquatch, but i needed to get this out real quick.

a few days ago when i was walking to the train i saw a shoe on the ground at the end of my street that is like shoes i have. black slip on etnies with horseshoes all over them. i ran back to my house and threw it in my backyard.

i finally just investigated.. and it IS my shoe! i'm missing one.... my brain cannot comprehend how it would get there. at all. it freaks me out slightly.

mega quick blog.

been longboarding a lot. with dan. and by myself. not so much with dawson anymore, and not because he made me crash last time. we just haven't been able to even get each other on the phone - neither of us have voicemail or cell phones. it's kind of awesome actually.

went to nofx. so good. so funny.

ow my ears.

i won! i won the trophy... that i made myself. that's lame i think.

and i'm still sick.

one more time without emotion

after work yesterday i came home to clean up for the tournament and while i was cleaning up the dusty entryway and my throat started to hurt a bit. over the evening it rapidly progressed into full blown sick and led into the worst night ever. i don't know what's going on with the furnace in this place but i slept in the fetal position shivering under 5 blankets, with crazy fever dreams running through my head.
ugh, yuck yucky. i felt like a junkie sweating out. and i felt lonely i guess.



BUT i was relieved this morning to feel a bit more like a functioning human. last night i was sure i'd have to cancel the tile rummy championships today, but i think i'll be ok.
